Evaluation of Adiponectin, Irisin, Vitamin D Levels and Their Relation in Iraqi Patients with Non alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is one of chronic and defines by fat accumulation ≥5% in which can progresses to non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). NAFLD related obesity as well non obese individuals. Adiponectin a cytokine secreted from adipose tissue involved pathogenesis liked with obesity. Irisin myokine, has convenient effect against metabolic diseases such obesity, disylipemia diabetes type 2 reversed steatosis may be NAFLD. Vitamin D the soluble vitamins more precisely pro-hormone through its metabolite (1,25(OH)2 cholecalciferol) major steroid hormone. After skin exposure light, vitamin undergoes activation two successive hydroxylation reactions kidney. Several dyslipidaemia, hypertension, T2D syndrome (MS) have been deficiency.
